Jackie Johnson, LMT
Massage Therapist/ Owner
Jackie’s understanding of how to keep the body strong, nimble, and healthy began during her career as a track athlete. As a Division I hurdler, Jackie competed and pushed her body to perform. Now, however, she just runs for fitness. She likes to go fast and get it done so that she can move on with her busy day.
With a background in sports physiology, Jackie has now been an LMT for over 18 years. She has worked with elite, high-profile athletes in Eugene and beyond, including the 2012 US Olympic team. Jackie’s specialties include helping athletes prevent injuries and recover from training and competition regimens.
Jacqueline serves as the amazing Front Desk Assistant at The J Spa. She loves interacting with clients, helping people, and making new friends. She has more than 10 years of customer service and caregiving experience, and she is excellent at serving clients with joy and integrity.
Jacqueline enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and going for drives in the countryside and is active in ministry work. You will see her cheerful face when you come in for your relaxing spa day!

She carries additional massage credentials from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Boston, MA, and the Reidman International Center for Complementary Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Lynne’s reflexology certification is with the International Institute of Reflexology, and she is a professional member of the Oregon Reflexology Network.

At the age of 18, Michelle started practicing massage in 2006. After changing careers, she worked a variety of office jobs while continuing to practice massage on friends and family. In 2017, she returned to massage to help her fellow stressed out desk jockeys and to enjoy a healthier line of work for herself.
Michelle realized that working desk jobs for companies that didn’t have others’ best interests in mind wasn’t for her. She wanted to put good out into the world and make people feel just a little bit better. She’s happy to have a career that can offer her clients stress relief, pain relief, or even just a few minutes to relax.
Her specialties include foot spas as well as deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, therapeutic, and couples massage.
Alissa Arakelian, LMT

Shelby Sullivan, LMT
Shelby graduated from Lane Community College in 2019 where she received her License for massage therapy. She worked as a chiropractors assistant and LMT offering graston, trigger point therapy, cupping, and rehabilitative massage for MVA clients. My goal as a therapist is to utilize my training in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Pre & Post Natal and Trigger Point therapy, in order to create an individualized plan to best suit your needs.
In her off time Shelby is very family oriented and nerdy. Her nerdy side varies from game nights to interests in anatomy.
Esthetician/Hair Stylist/Nail Tech
Jasmine graduated from NW College School of Beauty in September of 2019 and is licensed in Hair, Nails, and Esthetics. She loves to do pedicures and facials! She also loves fashion colors & braiding.
When she’s not working, Jasmine is at the park with her family or watching Netflix and cuddling her dogs. Although she is from LA originally, Jasmine considers Eugene her home.
Christine is a graduate of the Esthetics program at the Advanced Esthetics Institute. Her passion for esthetics and the science behind it began with an interest in skincare and how the results can affect a person both emotionally and physically. This, combined with an unwavering desire to help others, has led her to pursue a career as an Esthetician.
She appreciates the diversity of each of her guest’s skincare needs and loves helping develop a unique skincare program to keep them looking and feeling their absolute best. She is passionate about everything she does in both her professional and personal life, and is eager to learn more each day. When not at the spa, Christine enjoys spending time with her dog and two children and exploring all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
